Konnectika internal rules 

This Internal Regulation contains the rules and norms of conduct necessary for the smooth running of the activity within ASOCIATIA KONNECTIKA BUSINESS NETWORKING CLUB. 

The Internal Regulations is mandatory for all Konnectika members and enter into force from the moment of member registration. 

This Internal Regulation is a normative act of internal character, establishing the rules regarding the organization of activities within the association, as well as the rights and obligations of members.

General rules:  

  1. The association develop his activity both in Romania and abroad 
  2. Members can be either Romanian or Foreigner 
  3. Business work groups can be located both in Romania and abroad 
  4. The main scope of the association is developing a business environment through the enhancement of the interrelation between members. 
  5. The activity of the association is focused on the private sector;
  6. Once a month, members meet for discussions, votes and planning activities; 
  7. A fee from the concluded business contracts is allocated to the association; the fee is discussed with the involved members at the beginning of the business .

Members:

  1. are persons that values: integrity, equality and collaboration;
  2. are persons that wish to improve each day even if this mean self-learning or team learning; 
  3. agree with Konnectika policy of confidentiality, GDPR, security and to our internal working process and procedure ;
  4. fill a registration form that confirm their membership;
  5. presents (preferably at the enrollment moment) his Curriculum Vitae; 
  6. are accepted in the association by meeting two conditions: recommendation and founder members vote; 
  7. don’t have inadequate behavior due to: ethical or social issues, criminal records and/or problems with law are not eligible for admission;
  8. don’t have (it is recommended to avoid) first-degree relatives into Konnectika.

Members responsibilities:

  1. support the development of the association;  
  2. create content (written articles) for the social media like: promote members business, promote Konnectika activity, business opportunity or any other subject for general interests 
  3. improve knowledge in trading field;
  4. improve permanently personal competencies;
  5. join team meeting each month; 
  6. help members when they are asked; 
  7. inform when are problems in order to be helped, replaced or any other necessary action;
  8. don’t judge, each people have a different perspective of the subject 
  9. don’t gossip, we are a team 
  10. be volunteer to do organizational activities that may appear 
  11. in case of participation in any business project, a standard fee of 20% of the income is allocated to the association and the rest is divided between the involved members.  
  12. should announce their absence or delays to meetings with minimum 24 hours before;
  13. can bring guests and can-do recommendations for potential new members;
  14. check at least weekly: internal  Konnectika  communication system to up-date themselves on the association activity;
  15. as member of a project team the answer time should be maximum 2 hours;
  16. provide visibility regarding performed activities for the association using the internal Planner; 
  17. keep confidential the information presented in the association meetings; 
  18. in case of unsubscription: 
  • the confidentiality rules apply also after unsubscription. 
  • handover responsibilities (documents and activities ) to other member 

Specialist members responsibilities: 

  1. continuous improvement in the field of activity; 
  2. management of a database containing legal persons from a country; 
  3. training your colleagues in the field in which you are an expert; 
  4. offering support to colleagues in sales in the field of expertise;
  5. other activities depending the competence and the needs of the group.

Trader members responsibilities: 

  1. knowledge improvement – Incoterms (latest update), taxation, customs duties, trade agreements, fraud, legal, contracts, sales courses, marketing and advertising, SEO & SMO, excel etc.
  2. register in trading groups around the globe;  
  3. verify business opportunities, the existence of the company and the validity of his request;
  4. explain and execute the working conditions to the client from commission to contract. 

Founder members responsibilities: 

  1. Recruit, validate new members or exit members; 
  2. Organize team meeting; 
  3. Help members to improve their competencies; 
  4. Help members when they request assistance for different activities.

Exclusion of members: 

  1. not respecting the: ethical code (insults, verbal/ physical or psychological violence, racism,  harassing, concealing relevant information for the association or about members, as well as not respecting the Internal Regulations (ROI)) leads to self-exclusion;
  2. 6 conservatives non motivated absences at members meeting;
  3. bring in discussion a colleague / colleagues in order to assign aspects with negative; connotations, in his absence, thus taking the right to defend himself;
  4. hiding information received from client (seller / buyer) towards the club members; 
  5. the disclosure of business information circulating among us to persons who do not belong to this business club. By people it is understood that anyone who does not participate in our online business meetings, here being included – children, grandparents, husband / wife and relatives of any degree, friends, other colleagues; 
  6. discussions and questions that are of a different nature than the business for which we met, and which may affect or harm other businesses of other members or may represent intrusive attacks on the lives of colleagues; 
  7. conflicts between members that impact  Konnectika will generate those members exclusion.

Rules concerning the respect of the principle of non-discrimination and the removal of any forms of infringement of dignity: 

Konnectika respects the legal provisions regarding non-discrimination and respect for human dignity and applies the principle of equal treatment to all its employees. The membership Konnectika are not conditioned: 

  1. by participating in an economic activity or the free pursuit of a profession, by the member’s membership in a race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, social category, beliefs, sex or sexual orientation, the age or the employee’s belonging to a disadvantaged category; 
  2. when register a person on the grounds that he or she belongs to a race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, social or disadvantaged category or because of his / her beliefs, age, sex or sexual orientation; 
  3. when occupying a position, by announcement or competition launched by the Association or its representative, belonging to a race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, social or disadvantaged category, age, sex or sexual orientation, respectively of the candidates’ beliefs ; 
  4. when granting the social benefits that the member benefit from, due to the member belonging to a race, nationality, linguistic community, ethnic origin, religion, social category or disadvantaged category or due to their age, sex, sexual orientation or their beliefs. 

The legal regulations mentioned above cannot be interpreted in the sense of restricting the right of the association to refuse the membership of a person who does not comply with the usual requirements and standards in the respective field, as long as the refusal does not constitute an act of discrimination; 

Konnectika ensures the confidentiality of data regarding race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation or other private data concerning persons looking for a job. 

The association apply the principles of this Internal Regulation in the following fields: 

  1. the registration, suspension, modification or termination of the individual membership; 
  2. establishing and modifying the duties of the job, job or salary; 
  3. granting social rights, other than those representing the salary; 
  4. training, improvement, re-conversion and professional promotion; 
  5. the application of disciplinary measures; 
  6. the right to join the organization and access to the facilities granted by it.
