1. What is Konnectika?

We are an NGO of more than 50 specialists, and we are extending around the world.

Konnectika is open to any working schedule and to any specialist: logistics sales, marketing, IT, HR, PR & communication, SEO & SMO, architects, doctors, lawyers, researchers and so on.

2. I am a student. May I join?

We have a dedicated volunteering program for anyone interested to learn and practice during studentship.
A volunteer can become later a member.

3. I do not consider myself a specialist. May I join?

If you are not a specialist yet, we are ready to help you become one. A mentor is allocated to each new member.

4. What can I do in Konnectika?

The moment you subscribe, you can choose an area of specialization. You may later alter your choice during your membership.

5. Which are my main responsibilities as a member?

  • content creation (written articles) about your specialization;
  • accumulate knowledge in trading field;
  • improve personal competencies on a permanent basis;
  • joining team meetings online, on a monthly basis;
  • support given to your colleagues upon request;
  • inform when you have problems in order to be helped;
  • volunteer to do any other organizational activities that may appear.

6. Which are my responsibilities as a specialist?

  • continuous improvement in the field of activity;
  • management of a database containing legal entities (companies) from a country;
  • training your colleagues in the field in which you are an expert;
  • offering support in your field of expertise to sales colleagues;
  • other activities depending on the competence and the needs of the group.

7. Which are my responsibilities as a trader?

  • study – Incoterms (latest update), taxation, customs duties, contracts, sales courses, marketing and advertising, SEO & SMO, others;
  • registration in trading groups around the globe;
  • verify business opportunities;
  • other activities depending on the competence and the needs of the group.

8. I do not trust this group. Who recommends you?

Trust is gained in time with mutual engagement. Each person is encouraged to speak freely, so you may contact any member or Konnectika partners.

We are people, we make mistakes, so we promise to improve and we respect everyone as they are.

9. Which are the conditions to join Konnectika?

  • be a person who values: integrity, equality and collaboration;
  • be a person who wishes to improve each day even if this means self-learning or team learning;
  • you must agree with our policy of confidentiality, GDPR, security and to our internal working process and procedure;
  • fill a registration form;
  • participate at interviews;
  • provide your updated CV.

10. If I join Konnectika, may I retire my subscription?

You may choose to unsubscribe anytime you decide to take on another path. Please note that:

  • the confidentiality rules apply also after unsubscription.
  • you have to handover your responsibilities (documents and activities ) to other members.

11. What are the advantages of being a Konnectika member

12. Can I be excluded from Konnectika?

  • bring in discussion a colleague / colleagues in order to assign aspects with negative connotations, in their absence, thus taking the right to defend themselves;
  • hiding information received from client (seller / buyer) from the club members;
  • the disclosure of business information circulating among us to persons who do not belong to this business club. By people it is understood that anyone who does not participate in our online business meetings, including the following – children, grandparents, husband / wife and relatives of any degree, friends, other relatives or individuals;
  • discussions and questions that are of a different nature than the business for which we meet, and which may affect or harm other businesses of other members or may represent intrusive attacks on the lives of colleagues;
  •  more than 6 absences/ year at online team meetings.

13. How can I meet the Konnectika members?

  • We meet once a month in an online team meeting.
  • Any time that you agree with a Konnectika member.

14. Should I pay to become a member?

We have two kinds of membership:

  • non-contributing members, with no coordination responsibilities. Please see question 15 for details.
  • contributing members. The fee is 120 euro payable by month or by year. This fee is used to cover the Office 365 licence that you can use also in your personal interest and other administrative costs. Please see question 16 for further details.

15. Which are the benefits of non-contributing members?

  • Involvement in the association’s projects regarding the increase of professional efficiency and effectiveness, including the participation in the contracts obtained by the association via its members;
  • Development via access to useful information in the field of trading and business in general : Internal newsletter, information sharing, specialist recommendation;
  • Increased visibility and increased influence in the activity sector;
  • Develop personal brand or business brand: articles, videos, advertisement. Your business marketed on one of the most recognized image related web sites used as a source for thousands of individuals and organizations world-wide to find image professionals and be advised on industry trends and standards;
  • Improve your resume. Add the experience of the association in your CV to show that you are interested in developing your skills;
  • You develop as a specialist: you practice and improve your skills in the field in which you work;
  • Give something back to the community: sharing your knowledge and experience can be a reward in itself;
